Our services and hybrid publishing
KLA Creative offers creative and communications services. KLA Publishing is our hybrid publishing business, in which authors contribute financially to agreed publishing services. The scope and financial arrangements for each project are set out in a separate written agreement.
Website descriptions are general information and are not an offer to enter a publishing or services contract. An enquiry, submission or initial discussion does not commit either party to a project. Fees, deliverables, schedules, copyright and licences, royalties, distribution arrangements, termination and any applicable cancellation rights are agreed separately before work begins. These website terms do not replace or amend an existing project agreement.
Unless expressly agreed in a project contract, we do not promise a particular level of book sales, income, publicity, reviews, retailer stocking or commercial success.
Books and external purchases
Our website showcases books and may link to Amazon or other retailers. We do not take book orders or payments through this website. When you buy through an external retailer, the purchase is with the seller identified at checkout and is subject to the applicable seller’s terms.
